Materials & Coverage Differences
While most of our pieces are crafted from solid 14K and 18K gold, we also offer selected designs in gold vermeil and sterling silver.
These materials are covered under a different warranty structure:
- Gold vermeil and silver pieces are covered for craftsmanship only
- This includes production defects or structural issues
- Natural wear over time, such as fading or surface changes, is not covered
Unlike solid gold, vermeil and silver are not permanent materials and may change with use.
For customers seeking lifetime durability, we always recommend choosing solid gold pieces.
Repairs & Maintenance
Gold is one of the few materials that can be renewed indefinitely.
If your piece is damaged due to breakage, bending, or wear:
- We offer free lifetime repairs for structural issues
- Your jewelry can be restored and polished back to its original condition
- Even heavily worn pieces can be renewed and made wearable again
Our goal is simple:

While our warranty is comprehensive, it does not cover:
- Lost or stolen items
- Damage caused by extreme force or misuse
- Intentional alterations or modifications by third parties
